Refund/Cancellation Policy

Customers have 48 hours from payment to cancel an order and receive a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations are not allowed. If a customer receives a faulty product or a product malfunctions within 30 days after receiving the purchase, please contact us so we can discuss several options to replace the product. After 30 days, we are more than happy to give technical support for any order but we are unable to replace the product.

Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

  • If a purchase will be delayed for any reason excluding customs or weather delays through the shipping courier, the purchaser will receive an email notification.

  • Any orders that will be split into separate shipments will be agreed upon by the customer and Harmonic Bionics.

  • Shipments are typically made through DHL for international shipments and UPS, FedEx, or USPS for US shipments. Please let us know if you have a preferred shipping courier when inquiring about a purchase.

  • The preferred method of shipments is for customers to provide shipping courier account numbers for the best approximation as to what the shipping cost will be. If a customer is unable to provide an account number, Harmonic Bionics will provide an approximate shipping cost that may change upon shipment time.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once the products are ready for shipment

  • If there are any problems that occur during shipment or when the shipment is received, please contact us so we can help figure out a solution.
